Elderberry Syrup is an excellent immune booster, and tastes great! Take 1 tsp/day for consistent immune support, or up to 4x/day at the first sign of illness. Delicious in water, tea, oatmeal, or alone. Contains honey, so not appropriate for children under 1 year old.
